My tasks involves recruiting, drafting contracts, paperwork, medical insurance and controlling payroll for 100 Employees. I also coordinated the onboarding process and implemented exit interviews.
I analyzed and administered the compensation & benefits program with Hay Consultant's method and I participated in the planning of the labor cost budget with the HR Manager and the Finance Director.
The monthly reports included: hiring, headcount, pending vacation days' budget, INDEC information, segmentation and staff turnover.
I participated in the organization of corporate events.
