  • Led congregation through successful process of hiring a new permanent minister

  • Created innovative on-line learning program for parents. Work included website development, facilitation of Google Hangout sessions, curating materials as well as marketing and promotion. This was a first for the organization.

Williamsburg Unitarian Universalists
  • Served as the Unitarian Universalist Campus Minister to the College of William and Mary, organizing and mentoring the UU Circle student group. Worked with colleagues in Campus Ministry, Student Affairs and Office of Student Diversity. Collaborated and planned numerous events with student organizations including IFaith, Hillel, Lambda Alliance.  Annual Speaker and Event Organizer for numerous campus events and programs on behalf of students, faculty, and staff.
  • Provided pastoral counseling, support, and crisis intervention for students as part of the on-call rotation of campus ministers.
  • In collaboration with senior staff and leadership, directed and managed all faith development programs for a congregation of approximately 250 people.
  • Recruited and developed a lifespan faith council to build a program multi-age formation process. The process resulted in a 64% increase in the number of children participating in programs and 70%+ increase in young adult attendance.

Associate Director of Operations

  • Provided human resources, operations and facilities management support for 150 member department, serving approximately 450 students. Supervised two full-time administrative assistants.
  • As Human Resources Manager served as advisor and consultant to all managers in the department for employee performance, hiring and employee relations issues.
  • Project Manager for major renovation project on behalf of Student Affairs offices which resulted in more attractive and better utilized space.  Project came in on-time and on-budget.
