Sydney-Quality Assurance Controller Various Positions Inhouse Qantas Airways, Mascot Jetbase Period of Employment 1985-1995(10years) Wordprocessor Operator for all departments of Qantas Airlines, Mascot, I worked in what use to be a Typing Pool, but we now had migrated over to the Wang Wordprocessing System. Advanced to an Inhouse Secretary for the Head of Safety Operations, Richard Head and typing for all the Safety Officers. Then onto another Secretarial Position for the Qantas Payroll Department, and did weekly payroll letters for all staff. Last position within Qantas a Quality Assurance Controller, worked on the Computer Reservations System namely Amadeus. I was on a 7 day rotating roster involving Shift work starting and finishing between the hours of 6.00am and last shift finishing at 11. 00pm My duties entailed upgrading Economy Class Passengers to First and Business Class Seats 30minutes before flight departure.
