Customer Excellence Manager with Abbott Laboratories, Maresa Rowan possesses more than 15 years of worldwide marketing experience. A native of Europe, Maresa Rowan took her first sales and marketing position with Moygashel Limited in New York. As Key Account Manager for North America in the apparel division, Rowan oversaw daily operations for U.S. sales. She also served as the liaison to headquarters in Ireland. Her duties included the promotion of linen to U.S. retailers.Entering the field of medical devices, Maresa Rowan accepted a position as a Marketing Executive for the Trulife Group Ltd. in Dublin, Ireland, and was quickly promoted to International Marketing Manager. Directing the Pressure Care Division, she implemented strategies for marketing three global brands of medical devices. While managing the sales and marketing team and partnering with research and development, Rowan played a key role in launching  health care products on an international level. In a five-year period under her supervision, the division doubled its revenue.Next joining Abbott Laboratories, Maresa Rowan again displayed effectiveness that led to promotions. Starting as Product Manager, she rose to Business Unit Manager in three years. She currently works as Customer Excellence Manager, ensuring high quality strategic initiatives are developed and implemented.
