Essential Job responsibilities include working customer cases and communications for over one dozen different products, both cloud based applications and locally installed softwares.
Helping with the launch of multiple products, including learning a product from the ground up, rising to being subject matter expert and point of contact for the product, turning around and delivering multiple day training to soon-to-be specialists. Delivering training and walkthrough webinars on a regular basis on my specialized product.
Providing insight on the development of new products, including being one of two selected to be part of group to assist in determining features and function for new product development.
Being involved in strategy meetings for the team and the department, and providing designs for effective new procedures.
