- Led security-focused initiatives to focus on web portal quality control throughout the SDLC and authentication requirements for these customer portals while still making high security convenient for the customer.
- Leveraged Salesforce.com and Siebel APIs to create a customer experience that acts as a single pane of glass containing all of the customers’ relevant data.
- Leveraged automated analytics tools such as Google Analytics and cursor tracking tools to quantify customer use cases and redesign the portal to focus on customer needs
