As a direct result of her training, skills, and 20 years of experience, Marcia Turnoy earned the position of Vice President of Human Resources for Incapital LLC in 2010. A culmination of her work as a Business and Human Resources Manager, the role requires extensive knowledge of compensation packages, benefits programs, current labor laws, and operational insights that allow Ms. Turnoy to identify current and future employment needs for the securities and investment banking firm. As part of her advancement in the human resources field, Ms. Turnoy completed certification to become a Senior Professional in Human Resources. As the Vice President of Human Resources, Marcia Turnoy holds responsibility for the complete functioning and performance of the human resources division. This includes synthesizing the firm’s strategic vision and business plan into operable directives for her human resources team. Ms. Turnoy strives to foster a long-term relationship beneficial to both the firm and the employee through training, advancement opportunities, incentives, and outreach efforts to increase employees’ awareness of overall company goals. Marcia Turnoy completed her Bachelor of Arts at Southern Illinois University, receiving a degree in industrial psychology and business. Upon entering the workforce, Ms. Turnoy accepted a position as the YMCA in Chicago, as a Business Manager, a role that included human resource duties as well as general office administration. Successive positions at Insurance Risk Management and First Switzerland Financial, Ltd., provided valuable learning experiences and paved the way for her eventual position at Incapital. Ms. Turnoy resides in Chicagoland, where she has lived since finishing her education.
