- Standardizing Sales & Operations (SOP) reporting.
- Measuring plant capacity.
- Automating production planning forecasting.
- Developing Ms Access application in order to measure and track production down times.
- Standardizing lead time indicator reporting.
- Designing and implementing Ms Access database in order to report and manage receiving exceptions.
