Recommendations

"I was working at Avonside Gym before Marc joined as Manager.  The gym was ticking a long but had seen no real growth for a while.  After a couple of weeks of Marc joining the was a new energy in the gym.  He realised the gyms weakness and strengths and had a clear vision of where it should go making the necessary changes with confidence.  He valued the staff and his enthusiasm rubbed off on them to create a great team spirit.  The new processes and initiatives he introduced made the gym buzz with a now growing membership base."

-Sam Smith (Staff Member)

"Marc has a depth of knowledge and personal trainer skill sets that leave most other trainers for dust.  He is genuinely out to help his clients achieve their goals and is successful doing it.  His skills need to be shouted about, so get out and experience them for yourself and you'll see what I mean."

-Nico Valla (collegue)

"Marc was my personal trainer for about 2 years.  He is very passionate and focused about his work and very eager to help you reach your goals.  Marc is very approachable and friendly.  The training was very hard work mixed with fun which made it very enjoyable.  Marc is  great guy and if you are looking for a personal trainer then Marc is very highly recommended by me."

-Alison Adams (client)

"During the time I had Marc as a personal trainer I found him very motivational and supportive in helping me reach my goals.  He would go over and beyond his call of duty in order to help me achieve this.  Marc was very good at listening the the feedback given and tailoring the next session inline with this feedback.  Marc helped me in pushing myself much further than I thought it was possible for me to achieve."
