Marc Ledergerber is an attorney and technologist with proficiency in eDiscovery project management and best practices. During the course of his career, Mr. Ledergerber has proven his dedication to process improvement for legal project management and has lectured on the subject at Fordham Law School. With fifteen plus years of experience at top Am Law firms, Mr. Ledergerber has had progressive successes at three top Am Law 100 firms. He currently handles eDiscovery projects and client service for Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP in New York, NY. As an active member of both the New York bar and New Jersey bar, Mr. Ledergerber's knowledge of best practices for defensible handling of electronically stored information (ESI) spans the gamut of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM), includes optimized methods to identify, preserve, collect, process, review, and produce ESI. 

Marc Ledergerber serves as a project leader for the Information Governance Reference Model (IGRM) project and he is a co-author of the ABA article entitled Better E-Discovery: Unified Governance and the IGRM. In addition to his formal legal training and experiences, Marc Ledergerber completed digital forensics training by Guidance Software which is recognized globally as a world leader in digital forensics, cyber security, and eDiscovery solutions. Marc Ledergerber is both an EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE) and an EnCase Certified eDiscovery Practitioner (EnCEP). He has effectively conducted internal investigations that yielded valuable insights and evidentiary support for several large organizations.

With advanced computing skills on various platforms, Mr. Ledergerber is proficient with the technical underpinnings of Recommind's eDiscovery platform, including Axcelerate Review & Analysis, Case Management, Axcelerate Ingestion, and the Core Administration Tool utilized to configure eDiscovery database applications. Mr. Ledergerber's management experience also includes the oversight of special projects for which eDiscovery solutions were implemented through service agreements with vendors that handle data processing, review, and production workflows -- utilizing customized platforms such as Clearwell, Concordance, Ontrack Inview, and Relativity.
