- Successfully implemented a $6m USD CRM programme which included a number of strategic integrations and a replatforming of the Sales and Marketing processes. The result of the implementation was a $500k USD monthly increase in sales as well as decreased customer churn by more than 25% within the first 6 months
- Led the implementation of a Social CRM Platform for 160,000 users across 15 countries
- Drove business change to ensure Sales and Marketing systems across the growth markets were aligned with Global Standards to ensure lower cost of implementation and commonalities across the global sales process
