My 14 years of experience with some large pharmaceutical corporations (Schering-Plough Corp, Akzo Nobel/Organon, Bristol-Myers Squibb) has enabled me to build a broad and profound business and managerial skill base.

Based on situational leadership and indepth market knowledge I have always been able to deliver business growth, drive innovative thinking and develop winning teams.

I have extensive experience in managing (new, national and international) product development and commercialization and have personally been involved in the management of over a dozen pharmaceutical brands with collective worldwide sales of over Eur 1 billion.

My accomplishments have included tenure within the ranks of marketing and sales management and product development.

I have received a ‘SAN accent’ for the introduction campaign of Nasonex® in The Netherlands.

I hold a Masters degree in Economics from the Erasmus University of Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
