Responsibilities include coordinating the recruitment program and working with all facilities in our health system, participating in recruitment events on a local, regional and national basis. Make travel arrangements for candidates interviewing from out of the area. Make offers of employment to candidates in accordance with our compensation practices. Schedules hired candidates for new hire processing. Provides status updates to hiring managers throughout the hiring process, from submitting candidates through their start date. Identify trends in healthcare recruitment and discuss changes in these trends with management. Recommends advertising sources in print, online or trade publications to attract new candidates. Participates in projects and provides professional support to the overall operation of the Human Resources Department.
