Ø Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow Colleagues.
Ø Lead the Stewarding team in all aspects of the department and ensure standards are followed.
Ø Balance operational, administrative and Colleague needs.
Ø Attend regularly scheduled departmental meetings.
Ø Schedule all Stewarding Colleagues and Supervisors.
Ø Supervise and maintain the sanitation of kitchen equipment and other areas assigned.
Ø Review all banquet event orders to ensure proper set-up is in place.
Ø Ensure all breakages and chipped items are taken out of circulation and inventoried.
Ø Ensure all equipment is in working order and report any items in need of repair.
Ø Follow department policies, procedures and service standards.
Ø Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Other duties as assigned.
