Ø  Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

  • Responsible for the operations of the Stewarding Department in the absence of the Chief or Assistant Chief Steward, including but not limited to; limited ordering, scheduling and payroll records.
  • Ensure that all staff have the proper tools and training for day-to-day operations (including daily tasks, WHMIS, PPE, and emergency procedures).
  • Communicate each shift with Stewarding Supervisors and managers as well as the supervisors and managers of the kitchen and other F & B outlets.
