Manfred Ricciardelli has practiced workers’ compensation law since 1992. After earning his Juris Doctor from the Rutgers School of Law-Newark in 1991, Manfred Ricciardelli was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar Association and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey the following year. He took his first job with the firm of Tulipan & Conk, P.C., where he worked as an Associate Attorney. After one year, Manfred Ricciardelli found his next Associate Attorney position at the firm of Staehle & DeSanto. In 1995, Manfred Ricciardelli joined the law firm of Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin, spending the next six years of his career at this defense-only law firm, working his way up to the rank of Shareholder and Manager of the Northern New Jersey Workers’ Compensation Practice Group. In 2001, he left his position to found his own firm, Manfred F. Ricciardelli Jr., LLC. Mr. Ricciardelli has dedicated his practice to obtaining benefits for injured workers. A member of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association, he was also a founding member of the Justice James H. Coleman Jr. New Jersey Workers’ Compensation American Inn of Court, where he was elevated to the title of Master. In addition to the service he provides for his clients, Manfred Ricciardelli dedicates himself to serving his community. He is a Volunteer Firefighter in the Morris Township Fire Department and a past Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Fairchild Fire Company. He is also a Commissioner of the Morris County Housing Authority. Through his law firm, Mr. Ricciardelli seeks to help injured workers receive the full compensation to which they are entitled according to New Jersey law. He helps those who have specific accident claims, occupational exposure claims, and repetitive motion claims. He also helps family members obtain compensation after losing loved ones to on-the-job accidental deaths.
