Created and coordinated search engine optimization (SEO) strategies with website owners and web developers to boost a website's search engine ranking. Responsible for communication with website owners via a monthly update report, as well as any emails about any SEO portions of a site.

Web Programmer

Worked as a contractor to build and program small websites using HTML, CSS as well as SQL. Utilized Photoshop to slice portions of a mock up designed by a contracted designer.

Designed to be a modular site template that would utilize variables from an SQL database for the majority of its content, pictures and links. The idea behind the modular design was to set up a framework to quickly create sites of a similar nature. Worked completely independently after receiving the artwork mock up of the site.

Aided in programming the administrative back end of the site. Was brought on mid-way through the project as newly hired contractor to learn how to program a website, as well as to introduce me to the workflow and design cycles of web design/programming.

Was part of a 3 man team that designed and programmed a gesture based interface using the LeapMotion Controller, Oculus Rift Dev Kit 2 and the Unity Game Engine that was designed for large data sets. I was responsible for the majority of gesture controls design and implementation, the implementation of the SQL database and the visualization of data set. This project was programmed in C# and with MySQL, and was coded with Object Oriented design in mind. Overall Grade Received: A.

Personal Project | Hexagon Terrain Generator

This was a personal project to create a terrain generator that utilized a hexagon gird in the Unity Game Engine. The objective was to create a randomly generated world with forests, mountains, lakes and rivers to act as a basis for a future game project. The project utilized a biome system for determining where certain features like mountains or lakes would be placed. The project also featured a a river system that semi-simulated water flowing down from mountains into lakes and the ocean.
