Associate Manager- Customer Data/Sales-Ops
As a global team, we focus on becoming the centre of excellence. Apart from my primary responsibility to ensure the team is well-equipped with open-source initiatives and new technology, being the caterer of the data to multiple departments, we thrive to keep the data quality maintained. Managing a team of 10 associates who are aligned to North-America, LATAM and Japan's Sales operations teams. Each associate in my team is responsible for specific weekly/monthly and quarterly tasks apart from the Ad-Hoc requests which we receive from C-level stakeholders.
- Hierarchy Creation and Maintenance - Executed Hierarchy creation process for Redhat's Top1000, Fortune500 and Forbes2000 Customers. The same is now utilized for FY19 fiscal year planning and Sales account aggregation etc.
- Salesforce reports automation -Automated the data manipulation part of multiple Salesforce reports.
- Redhat Addressable Market Analysis(RAM analysis) - Preparation of RAM analysis from data extraction to analysis for regional and sales operations team.
- Executive Data Quality Dashboard - Part of my team's day-to-day job, working on enhancing the sales data quality. ex - Opportunity validation, creating and maintaining the exception report.
