Mandy has been engaged in real-estate industry for over 19 years. She was a real-estate consultant and an appraiser in China Productivity Center, the biggest consultant firm in Taiwan. With the advent of Non Performing Loans, she shifted to Galaxy Asset Management Company, the Shinsei Bank servicing platform in Taiwan, as a senior underwriter. In 2005, Mandy joined the Shinse’s team to acquire Global Depositary Receipt of Chang Hwa Bank, approx. US$1.4 billion, in charge of the portion of real-estate and non-performing loans.
