·        Being the first mobile phone manufacture in China to preload Tencent QQ IM/ social media product into the company’s social networking and youth positioned mobile phones. Tencent QQ is an instant messaging centered, the largest social media community in China with more than 700M registered active users. Deploying this partnership involved efforts of composing a business case, communications/negotiations with internal product and external stakeholders, and planning & coordination of online plus offline co-marketing programs and resources among these two companies and their partners.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>

·        Acted as the project manager for Motorola Developer Care Program in China. Duties included developer trainings, distributing SDK, organizing application competitions, preloading the best-fit mobile applications into mobile devices, and developing relative marketing programs to increase phone sales. Developed business processes for developers to acquiring SDK/ training and necessary technical support and submitting application for authentication and preload process.<o:p></o:p>
