Production Worker

Sanderson Farms Production
I am employed with Sanderson Farms Hatchery currently as a production worker. I managed the production floor duties of the entire crew for four years as a Crew Leader. I was responsible for proper vaccination and hatching of chicks. I worked closely with management dealing with budgets, payroll, time management, paperwork, and employee disciplinary circumstances. I resigned from the Crew Leader position upon enrolling into college as a full time student. As a production worker I am responsible for correct broiler house placement of chicks along with maintaining ideal temperature settings for newly hatched chicks.
