In this position I am responsible for Non-destructive testing of ITCC Performance parts and Destructive testing of ITCC Front and Rear housings. I also perform Torsion tests on Damper Pulleys and ITCC housings. I assist with Performance Correlation requests from management and Engineers. I occasionally cover the QA Technician job when there is an absence.

In this position I inspect and measure automotive parts with use of CMM and other test equipment in the Main lab area. I also help with receiving inspections and other measurement trials when necessary. I occasionally work in production area when QA inspectors are absent.

Line Operator

  • In this position I was responsible for all production and quality checks of film products on my machine. I also packaged and stored product in warehouse with the use of a forklift.

Films Silo Operator

  • In this position I monitored the flow of raw material into and throughout the Films Department. I also provided boxed material to production employees with the use of a forklift. Another duty was to produce various formulations of resin using a four component blender. As needed, I also hooked up and pumped railcars of resin into storage silos. I was responsible for helping the other Silo operators update and maintain appropriate inventory levels in the warehouse for departmental needs, load and unload trucks, and occasionally updated Silo Operator training manuals.

Bags Quality Control Inspector

In this position I performed all quality checks associated with bags from the Extrusion process, through the Printed application of the Press department, into the converting process of the Bag room, and finally random pallet inspections before shipping to customers. I communicated with production and management about quality issues and was given the responsibility of updating training manuals for RGR group. I also had the opportunity to train QA inspectors in new plant located in Arkansas.

  • While working in the Bagmaking Department, as an Attendant, I was given a temporary position in the Training Department. In this position my duties consisted of writing, typing, and revising training manuals. Additional projects for the department included: Giving Plant tours to visitors and customers, Data entry for Engineering group, and Procedure Revisions for ISO 9000.
