LAN subsidiary, Amadeus IT Group’s representative; Technology, Services and Consultancy company focused on tourism and the business travel industry, with US$5 million in gross annual revenues.
·Sustainable cost reduction of about 30%, making it possible to revert company losses after an analysis of the most important variables and the definition of an appropriate action strategy.
·Definition, planning, execution and control of Sales, Marketing, IT, Human Resources and Customer Service strategies, generating growth, more profitability and the interest of the Amadeus IT Group in acquiring the company, achieving a sale under very good business and financial conditions.
·Obtained important agreements, such as one that allowed a 11.7% annual sales increase, with an investment close to US$1 million and another one that made it possible to retain 8% of annual sales for a five-year period and the commitment of 30% increase in sales.
·Negotiations with the most important supplier, achieving a 44.6% cost reduction in the main product.
·Duplication of return on capital, achieving 41.2% in 2007, after a business model redefinition, with products and services diversification and an action strategy on the more relevant cost structure variables.

Technology Project Director
·Leadership of multi-disciplinary teams from two different airlines (LAN and LADECO) as General Director for the E-Ticket Project, the first implementation of this type of initiative in Chile and Latin America.
·Defined and implemented marketing and operational strategies for the E-Ticket Project, implementing the new product successfully and educating the customers.
·Despite the different organizational cultures in the merging process, it was possible to achieve the goals and complete the project on time.
1995 - 1997
·Led the unification process of the IT areas of two airlines (LAN and LADECO), with a complete reorganization of LADECO’s areas and a 45% reduction in headcount.
·Close to 29% reduction in expenses managed for LADECO’s IT area by renegotiating contracts with suppliers, delivering different LAN solutions into LADECO and exploiting corporate synergy.
