HR Recruitment & Development Specialist
- Recruit overseas & local candidates by contacting and coordinating with agencies, job fairs and other channels.
- Build/update process map for several recruitment processes.
- Participate in designing the growth strategy of the company and setting all departments goals using Balanced scorecard methodology.
- Update the Organizational Restructuring .
- Monitor the succession planning exercise including, selecting of the critical positions, filtering of the successors based on their qualifications and capabilities and designing and managing the individual development plans for the successors.
- Build/update Job Family & Job Description.
- Ensure that all new comers enrolled in the on-boarding program.
- Manage/monitor the performance management system, starting from the goals setting phase till the closing phase.
- participate in setting and monitoring the HR related KPIs.
- Generate monthly reports to the direct manager.
