Assist the department manager in analyzing in depth the sales performance (financial and operational) and pricing, supporting manager in decision making process. Moreover, support the manager in developing the group strategy and planning for the area.
- Depth analysis of the sales performance by generating a variance analysis against budget and previous years.
- Assist and coordinate actions out of the analysis, together with the manager.
- Suggest and actively look for improvements together with the manager concerning product pricing.
- Monitor sales pricing through specific analysis.
- Organize planning, logistics, delivery, ordering, and invoicing lubricants for local customers in Kuwait.
- Part of Project Gulf team in Kuwait that achieved long term supply contracts for K-companies (KOC, KNPC, PIC)
- Handling customers inquiries for the MENA region.
- Provide general training regarding lubricants to customers.
