What customer service means to me

I believe that excellent customer service means being devoted to your company, your coworkers, and all customers/patients. Every person deserves to be treated equally with outstanding care, concern and respect. Whether it is just a quick 'good morning' ,a cheerful smile or a follow up phone call...it all matters. Every customer/patient deserves to visit a well organized setting where all employees are knowledgeable, professional, friendly and caring.
