I acted as Fronk Desk Administrative Assistant, My duties included answering a multi-line switchboard, greeting guest, assisting the Human Resource department with payroll and adminstering test for potential new employees, I also performed Accounts payable and Accounts Receivable duties, where I entered invoices into the system for payment, I updated phone list, ordered office supplies, completed expense reports for Account Executives, made travel arrangements, set up conference rooms for meetings, ordered meals, maintained all office equipment, sent offer letters, made ID's for new employees, issued and kept record of petty cash, made daily deposits, sent out packages, distributed mail and all other duties as necessary.

I performed dual duties, I worked as a Charge Entry Specialist as well as a Medical Records Clerk.  As a Charge Entry Specialist, I entered charges and codes into the system for proper billing, I also took a high number of calls, answering question pertaining to the billing process and resolving any issues that arose. As a Medical Records Clerk, I scanned medical records into an Electronic Medical Records system and also took call from appropriate people who were requesting copies of the records, while following specific guidelines as required by law to protect the privacy of the patients. I also performed administrative clerical funtions, such as, faxing, copying, internet searches, and all other duties as deemed necessary.
