I manage country cross-industry level marcom activities, but I also have a special marcom responsibility for five different industry focus areas, Public, Healthcare & Welfare, Retail & Logistics, Energy, Forest & Manufacturing. My work includes contributing to the country marcom plan as well as develop, coordinate and incorporate the different industries’ plans into the country plan. In terms of execution of the plan my work consists of writing and publishing material to the Intranet, and to our website, being editorial member for the customer magazine, create customer cases material, conduct customer satisfaction surveys, being project manager for internal events and large scale external events, contribute to country wide marketing campaigns, writing press releases, managing incident/crisis communication. Tieto is a company with coworkers in many places and in many countries and so I collaborate with colleagues both locally and globally as well as with local advertising-, media- and PR-agencies.
