Worked mainly on HR Policy Development, Recruitment and Selection, Enrollment & Orientation, Employee Relations. Managed a capacity building project, initially three parties were involved with a common objective to improve the skills of future human resource by providing them state of the art pre-job ICT training Established HR department, introduced new policies and procedures and ensured easy access to staff guidelines and operational manual to all staff & ensured all procedures are followed.
