- 7 Alpha Kids franchisee signs in Maharashtra and Gujarat.
- Managing P&L with respect to proposing a location to business partner, customer service cost and closures with in minimum marketing cost. Formulating, construction and managing data base of prospective and existing clients.
- Revenue generation from Franchisee fees collection and Marks (A readymade set of equipment’s required to set up a pre-school consists of learning and teaching aid tools). Legal documentation – finalization of MOU, Agreement, provision of manuals, fee structure.
- Client Servicing for a prolong relation (royalty collection) and new business development through referrals. Guidance on infrastructure set up & sign off on final ready to launch center
Marketing and Operations
- Increase brand visibility & generate queries & leads while conducting promotional activities within given budget & time frame with the help of executives like Franchisee Expansion, Road Shows, Local Ad / Newspaper Inserts.
