    Associate Solicitor/Trainee Solicitor

    Patrick S Cahill Solicitors

Patrick S Cahill Solicitors is an Irish legal firm based in Dublin with international links. Established in 1984, the firm advised on a wide range of complex and sophisticated international commercial and property transactions.

The Managing Partner retired in April 2012 and wound down the practice which triggered my move to Harrison Solicitors. The firm's main clients transferred their business to Harrison Solicitors where their files could continue to be managed by me. This was a huge vote of confidence in my abilities as a solicitor. As a result of this, a lot of the experience listed above applies to my time in Patrick S Cahill Solicitors as well and therefore is not repeated in detail below.

      • Managing files in the following areas: commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, commercial litigation, personal injuries, employment law, probate and administration of estates, intellectual property, conveyancing and regulatory health and safety matters.
