  • Tracks all of the construction materials and equipments. This includes office supplies or other products related to operations.
  • Monitors & prepares report on actual project expenditures against budget
  • Prepares billing documents from initial to final payment
  • Prepares documents for as-built plans requirements
  • Prepares documents for permits such as Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), Municipal Permits, among others
  • Prepares documents for project sites manpower and materials requirements
  • Manpower and Materials dispatching from office to project site
  • Prepares Certificate of Completion and Certificate of Acceptance
  • Tracks material prices using FACT

Sales Coordinator

  • Attends to sales incoming calls and e-mails.
  • Prepares sales quotation as directed by the Sales Manager and / or Sales Representative/Engineers.
  • Follow-up quotations for signatures and keep an updated status and files.
  • Maintains an orderly and organized sales quotations files (classified as contracting, fabrication and trading).
  • Prepares notice of pre-construction meeting to all concerned departments.
  • Processes customers P.O. and provide copies to all concerned.
  • Attends to sales inter-office and external communications.
  • Take charge of sales personnel request for payments/travel requirements in case of in-house and off-station seminars/training and other related activities.
  • Prepares updated Weekly Sales & Marketing Report every Monday morning.
  • Prepares update Monthly Sales & Marketing Report and provides copies to all concerned.
  • Prepares agenda and take minutes for regular Weekly Sales & Marketing Meeting.
  • Assist the group on the following:

- Gasoline request

- Photocopying of documents

- Follow-up request for payments

- Makes / inquire reservation to hotel, booking and other related matters.

  • Comply with established Safety Rules and Regulations.
