- Supporting world-wide spread applications (USA, France, Canada, China, Australia, Ireland, Russia)
- Access to all production environment cloud instances containing client applications and the AWS console managing them.
- 24/7 on-call shifts to troubleshoot and resolve availability and high severity issues on
- Hosted several meetings with customers to prioritize issues in the backlog, review the service status and follow up on requests and action items
- Automating and improving deployment processes
- Developing and deploying bug fixes on production environment.
- Training mission in the USA headquarter to bring new hires up to speed (Mars & April 2016)
- Participation in the US travel program to endorse the US staff during US business hours (July, August 2016)
