  ²  Responsible for the New License and renewal them time to time under Factory Act,CLA Act,as well as for the NOC from fire,Polution,water Board andMCF etc. ²  Liasoning with the Govt. Statutory compliance

Maintain all Forms and returns under Factories Act,Payment of Wages Act, Employment Exchange Act, Minimum Wages Act, LWF Act, Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition Act) Bonus Act, Apprentice Act, The Payment of Gratuity Act and other various Acts under Labour Laws.

License Authorities

Responsible for the Renewal of License under factory act,Shop and commercial Establishment act and CLA Act. Also responsible for NOC from the Govt. department to run the Factory smotthly.

Liasoning and Administration.

Liaison with government authorities. Interact with concern authorities as E.P.F. Organization, ESI Corporation, Labour Offices, Factory Act,Polution Board Office, HUDA,HSIIDC and other labour departments to handle statutory audits/Inspections, situations arising out of law, Industrial Relations and other problems.

Grivence Handling and Counsling

Handling grievances of employees on day to day basis, related to payroll, Increment, Overtime and other labour problems.Counseling of employees whenever required to improve discipline, industrial relation and productivity at workplace.

Contract Labour Management:

Handling the contract labour management as a Principle employer as well as contractor, resolve issues relating to them,Statutory audits on monthly and quarterly basis.

Payroll Management System (ERP-VNV software and excel format)

Employee Profile, Wage & Salary administration, Leave Management, Full & Final settlement, CTC Details, Manpower reports, Overtime & late coming reports, Absenteeism Reports, PF & ESI Reports, Loan & Advance scheduling / management.

Online PF & ESI

Hnadling the overall process of Esi and also EPF through online as per the new instruction of EPFO w.e.f- 01.04.2012

Record maintaining

Knowledge of maintaining the record of the employees under govt. acts for different type of contribution and inspections and verifications algo knowledge of keeping the record of wages ,Muster,Deduction,Fines,Advance,OT,leave,PF registers,Employement cards,employer certificate Etc. for various purpose under various act.

Manpower Costing

Handling the manpower cost on daily basic and daily costing to identify the actual cost and Profit and loss of the company.
