My responsibilities: • Facilitating training and awareness programs on topics including reporting, disaster preparedness, leadership • Develop of short and long term plans for programs, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance. •Lead public relations and communications strategies to support program goals and increase community awareness.

Fixer on radio documentaries. One of the documentaries is on ‘info ladies’ in Gaibandha district of Bangladesh, who are providing useful and life saving knowledge to villagers. Subjects were followed for days to examine their work, lifestyle, and financial implications of these female entrepreneurs. Another documentary focuses on climate change adaptation activities residents of Golna char of Gaibandha has adopted over time.
