In AIESEC I was responsible for the promotion of outgoing exchange program in terms of professional practice, which meant that I managed a team responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with media partners (creation and implementation of social media strategy) and I worked with the team responsible for finding the adequate person for the specific position.
I was also responsible for the recruitment of candidates for AIESEC members but also those who have expressed willingness to participate in our exchange program.  During my stay in AIESEC I conducted about 50 interviews, which gave me a picture of how it looks like from the inside regarding the recruitment process.
