I assisted the Director of Membership and Marketing with the creation of the monthly e-newsletters by providing story ideas and photography. I created the 2011 calendar that's sent to Life members of the Alumni Association.

Our social networking site provided opportunities for members to make connections all over the world. I provided daily assistance to members who wanted to make connections with other members, trouble shooting any problems they had with their login and creating their profiles. I was the direct contact for all 15,000+ members of the alumni association providing online assistance to those who needed help with  I provided daily clerical assistance, sending membership cards and letters regarding their membership status.
