  • Responsible for building the company's employee value proposition to increase Smartfren's employer branding
  • Initiated and managed Spot Recognition, a program to address the challenge of insufficient appreciation which gained 3000+ users in the first week after it was launched
  • Responsible for developing the communication tools for performance management and talent mapping socialization, manpower request automation, engagement events, company's culture and surveys
  • Initiated and managed the development of internal website to simplify the process of employees' self services and publish the latest update of Smartfren's internal and external activities
  • Developed the concept for Smartfren's internal trainers pool to ensure trainers sustainability

Assigned as a consultant by  Young Leaders for Indonesia under McKinsey and Company to lead a strategic team consists of five to address PT Smartfren Telecom's Employer Branding Project

  • Organized 10 FGDs with 100 employees and questionnaire survey with 200+ student respondents and 100 professional respondents aimed to discover Smartfren's position as an employer 
  • Developed a two-years timeline Employer Branding Roadmap as the guideline for Smartfren to create stronger employer brand
  • Presented the roadmap to the Board of Directors and Chief Officers of Sinar Mas Group

An educational project, consists of eight members, that utilizes storytelling session to educate 120 elementary students in Bandung and Soreang about the urgency of recycling non-degradable wastes

  • Created a fairy tale book, titled "Kabayan dan Raja Air Cigending" and conducted a storytelling session
  • The book was endorsed by Mr. Seto Mulyadi (the expert of children psychology), involved as one of the prizes for Mojang Jajaka Alit 2016 (a beauty pageant contest for elementary students) and a part of fundraising hampers sale to support young nuns of Tsum Valley Nepal, Taman Bacaan Pelangi, and Warung Imajinasi
