BrainPOP

BrainPOP is a creator and publisher of web-based animated educational products for grades K-12. The suite of award-winning education resources include BrainPOP Jr., BrainPOP, BrainPOP Español, and BrainPOP ESL. 

As the project manager for BrainPOP, ESL I manage daily production schedules for a team of educators, writers and animators. I develop, implement and iterate project tracking systems in order to forecast immediate and long-term goals for production and publishing dates, communicate marketing, sales and promotion efforts needs and ideas to other departments and am responsible for development of interactive features and publishing new content.

Product Marketing Manager

Hi-Rez Studios

Founded in 2005 to create exceptional online interactive entertainment, Hi-Rez Studios published it's debut title "Global Agenda", an action-based massively multiplayer online game (MMO), in 2010. Led and funded by serial entrepreneur Erez Goren, the studio is seeded with industry veteran programmers, designers, and artists is supplemented by talented newcomers.

As an associate producer, I facilitated daily SCRUM meetings with developers, was responsible for quality assurance testing programs, including smoke testing and deployment of daily builds. As the product neared release, I transitioned to a product management position, managing production of marketing creative, Web media content, product packaging, and merchandise. In addition, I specialized in video game industry relations with publishers, vendors and media partners, developed presentations and sales scripts for trade shows, and worked as the studio liaison to the Georgia Economic Development office.

The Atlanta Jewish Film Festival

The Atlanta Jewish Film Festival is a 20-day cinematic exploration of Jewish life, culture and history. Founded in 2000, it ranks as the largest film festival in Atlanta, and second largest Jewish film festival in the United States, attracting an audience of more than 26,000 moviegoers.

I led a volunteer committee in developing city-wide marketing campaigns for films and successfully organized large sold-out events. I also participated on the film selection committee and arranged local media appearances for visiting filmmakers.
