Recruitment Assistant EMEA
- Working closely with candidates, hiring managers and recruiters in order to assure an optimized recruitment process; the main positions recruited for: Customer Success Manager, Application Sales Representative, Business Development, Renewals.
- Schedule candidate interviews (in-person / phone / web or video conference);
- Reserve conference rooms as needed both in the local and EMEA - wide offices;
- Close the loop with all parties as meetings are scheduled; confirm meetings with Outlook invites as appropriate; place meetings on recruiter’s calendars; update all parties on scheduling status as needed;
- Book flights for candidates or guide them through the online reservation process so they can book their own flights/ For each candidate who travelled for an interview, complete the reimbursement process, in collaboration with the Expenses Team;
- Editing and sending weekly newsletters across APAC.
