  • Directed and executed long and short-term strategic and critical employee-impacting HR communication initiatives such as HR organizational branding, US Open Enrollment, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, and Wealth Management and Global Inclusion & Diversity, and organization announcements, newsletters, and HR portals.
  • Produced comprehensive RFI and business case to save $1.3M annually through implementation of a streamlined global recognition and incentive platform.
  • Authored panoptic proposal to strengthen existing / introduce new global recognition programs designed to support training and flexibility to account for specific organizational requirements.
  • Led transition of HR portal from Domino/Lotus-based portal to FatWire Web Content Management platform, engaging all HR organizations in the process.
  • Strategically managed $170K+ annual budget, realizing annual savings of 25%.
  • Developed, managed, and trained a network of 150+ employees to support global processes including employee communication, recognition, work environment initiatives, and new portal overview. Also trained in these areas to support facility start-ups.
