● Lead a team of five, overseeing the analysis, design and implementation of Lowe’s omni-channel inventory availability system, post order capture processes and product fulfillment within Sterling OMS.
● Incorporate Lowe’s full supply chain network (stores, distribution centers, delivery hubs and upcoming parcel fulfillment centers) into an omni-channel customer fulfillment strategy focusing on Store Pickup, Lowe's Delivery and Parcel fulfillment methods.
● Reduced the number of parcel and delivery shipments per order by ~12% and ~4% respectively thus reducing customer touch points and saving on Lowe's asset and labor costs.
● Collaborate with e-commerce, supply chain, transportation, and other business units to gather requirements and create end-to-end solutions for our customers and users.
● Prioritize the product backlog while ensuring accurate representation of customer needs and support development through to production deployment.
