·Extensive experience as a Technical Director, assistant Director of the ski school, and interim director,Director of Rose Bud Childrens camp. and ski school supervisor
·Trained staff of 200 in customer service model, safety, and mountain operation policy. over saw employee evaluations and performance reviews. responsible for department budget, and pricing policies

·Helped oversee a customer service program that established the Mount Rose Ski areas the most customer friendly Ski Area in the Western USA
·Extensive experience in Hiring and evaluating staff performance. Responsible for the professional ski instructors of America’s certification program at the Mt Rose Ski Area.
·Former examiner and clinician for the PSIA which had duties that required me to travel throughout the west coast training and certifying staffs and member ski areas.
·Worked with the Technical director for the US Olympic Ski Team to put on a FIS Race at the Mt Rose Ski Area.
·Conducted avalanche training, and lift evacuation drills.
·Set up a lost child policy, with appropriate action plan.
·Safety coordinator for Ski School last two seasons. Helped Mt Rose receive the highest national safety rating from Well Fargo insurance.
·Lowering lost work days by 75% and saving the mountain 450,000 in workman’s comp claims.
·Reduced lost work days from the prior season by 76%
·Coordinated with other department heads to set up and maintain a training and safety log on the company web site
·Held monthly meetings informing the departments of all new industry incidents and concerns, as well as led discussions on in house concerns and developed action plans
·These actions lowered the mountains insurance rates and helped the mountain attain its third most profitable season last year, of its forty years in existence.
