Worked as a tech support associated with DELL XPS - dell's premier desktop and notebook brand. Worked in the European market and assisted clients in troubleshooting through hardware issues.

• Worked on XPS 1230, 1430, 1530 & 1730 range of laptops and the Adamo range.
• Worked on  4 series, 5 series, 6 series and 7 series of XPS Desktops.

Worked as a tech support associated with Real Networks one of the largest companies for multimedia products and services. I was one of the key members handling the following products

• Real Player - one of the most used media playing software.
• Rhapsody- premier music service providing unlimited music on a monthly charge.
• Real Arcade - gaming service providing a wide range of arcade games.

Won the best performance on the floor award by maintaining a 100% CSAT  (customer satisfaction score) for several months.

• Handling IT and service desk issues for Birla Sun Life Insurance  IT department.
• Installed software, patching, upgrading and maintenance of operating systems.
• Responsible for web services administration.
• Installed complex hardware and software and upgrades to ensure work is performed as per the company policy.

• Primary duty was to establish contact with Fortune 2000 customers, to acquire project specifications related to e-learning, health care.
• Convert the RFI into Business Proposals post investigation with the technical team.
• Handled all business relation for English Foundation with customer and project team.
