Serve as first point of contact for clients and staff calling or visiting the main administrative office. Greet clients of the department, or other personnel, by phone, in person or via email. Assesses clients' needs and explains services, processes, procedures and guidelines. Handles requests/transactions or directs the person or matter to the proper sources. Assists in resolving problems and ensuring satisfactory customer service. Excelled in the ability to handle a variety of customer service and administrative tasks and resolve customer issues with expediency. Demonstrated proficiencies in telephone and front-desk reception within a high-volume environment. Praised by management for the quality and timeliness of reports, attention to detail, exemplary customer service delivery and team-player attitude.
