Duration: Principal Accountabilities: ± Designing and Maintaining Product Portfolio based on Customer and Outlet Portfolio. ± To Prepare and implement category business plan along with budget including TG and Market Analysis, Product Development and Product/Category Extension Plan. ± To Participate and Contribute in all new Product Development Process ± Close monitoring of merchandise movement and continuously take initiative to keep stock level as per OTB budget. ± To negotiate with suppliers regards to raw materials of particular category. ± To set strategies & activities of marketing continuously ± To Set channel wise business objectives according to annual budget. ± Designing Category Specific Campaign Proposition with implementation Follow-up and monitoring. ± Analyze & Follow-up Sales performance on Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Basis. ± Achieve Qty, Revenue, GM and stock turn objectives. ± To conduct periodic training session with sales forces as part of development initiatives. ± Conduct analysis of brand, market & customer insight through Market Research.
