Create guest orders as requested and ensure the accuracy of each order.
Pay careful attention to presentation of food both on the line and incoming
Frequently clean the service line, restrooms, equipment, and dining area and maintain overall restaurant cleanliness.
Prepare, create, and maintain food according to specifications by using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools.
Replenish food in serving stations and holding areas
Suggest appropriate flavor combinations and menu complements to enhance the quality of the guest's experience.
Acknowledge, engage and interact with guests and other Team Members. Anticipate and exceed the guest’s needs.
Bus dining room area during peak volume periods. Engage guest in dining room through table visits.
Ring orders accurately by using the point of sale machine.
Receive cash and credit card payments and issue receipts or change due to guest. Responsible for overages and shortages, accuracy and security.
Address guest needs and concerns as they relate to cash handling.
Clean houses with a variety of chemicals, disinfectants, and machines. Vacuum hardwood floors and carpet. Sweep up debris. Clean toilets with toilet brush and chemicals. Wash soiled clothes and linens. Place fresh linens on bed. Wash, fold, and stock towels. Scrub stains, mold, and mildew from surfaces. Empty wastebaskets and take out trash. Wash dishes and put dishes away in cupboards. Throw out expired food in fridge. Clean up after pets. Clean upholstered furniture and drapes. Dust tables, wood surfaces, and shelves. Clean and dust window treatments. Polish silver. Wipe down appliances. Stock kitchens with groceries and condiments. Mop, polish, and wax floors. Restock house with cleaning supplies. Replace burned out light bulbs. Wash baseboards, walls, and ceilings.
Perform ordering, purchasing and stocking of deli products.
Label products with appropriate dates and prices.
Manage product maintenance and rotation to avoid damages or spoilage's.
Supervise deli counter to ensure prompt services to customers.
Provide assistance to staff on preparation, packaging, and preparation of deli products.
Assist in the preparation and placement of merchandising signage and displays.
Maintain the sore facility clean, neat and orderly.
Manage high volume of customers in courteous manner.
Respond to customer’s queries promptly and accurately.
Stock and display products as per merchandising standards.
Observe sanitation and safety procedures to offer quality services.
Perform slicing, cutting, weighing and pricing the products.
Transport products to preparation or storage areas when needed.
Keep the store shelves loaded with product all the times.
Remove outdated and damaged products from shelves and storage areas.
Manage weekly specials and introduce new items to attract customers.
Welcome and address customers in friendly and courteous manner.
