A graduate of the London School of Economics and Political Science, Lyana Rasip serves as a manager at Accenture Management Consulting in Malaysia. In that capacity, she currently acts as the lead project management officer for the National Telco Service Provider. She is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that can help the company meet its budget and performance goals. Under Lyana Rasip’s leadership, the office also implemented change management software for more than 25,000 employees.
It is also part of Ms. Rasip’s duty to consider the possible complications that may arise during the life cycle of the projects that she implements. Subsequently, she is then tasked to find ways to mitigate these risks. Communications also fall under Lyana Rasip’s expertise. She uses her communication skills to manage not only the relationship of two work teams but also the company’s relationship with its vendors. Finally, at every project milestone, Ms. Rasip takes charge of writing status reports that the company stakeholders need to make key decisions.
