Interactive Project Management--project planning; SOW assessment; change management; implementation; and, contingency planning
Digital Marketing--search engine optimization (SEO); search engine marketing (SEM); link building; online ads (landing pages); and, microsites
Social Media--blogging; Twitter; LinkedIn; and, Facebook
Documentation--user guides, training guides, social media guides
Reporting--Google Analytics; and, Webtrends
