--Designed and instituted management planning and control tools such as employee handbook, editorial manual and conference preparation guidelines to help facilitate employee training and familiarity with individual responsibilities

--Expanded Beijing Office from just two employees in 2001 to 12 in 2007 and streamlined its organization structure from functional to product/service-based, resulting in better alignment of responsibilities and operational efficiency
