Develop calling strategies for the credit card collections floor based upon reports determining the success of previous campaigns while weighing current economic situations and future goals within the bank. In addition to reports, extracts are also pulled to determine more specific plans for action, ultimately limiting the loss incurred by the bank. Work with the line of business to ensure the automatic dialing jobs are effective and being properly kept up.

  • 3rd quarter Top Performer in 2008. I created a new hire training manual for the credit card collections staff and managers, breaking down work functions to increase total efficiency and maximize collection efforts.
